The night before your long-run is prime prepping time. Here are a few easy tips for long-run prepping.

  1. Lay out running clothing
  2. Prepare energy snacks (gels, chews, beans)
  3. Charge any devices (watch, mp3)
  4. Set out sneakers
  5. Set your alarm, with time to prepare (and hit snooze 😉
